一、Product Introduction：

TIJU(F)full plastic anti-corrosion abrasion resistance centrifugal pump is my company for non-ferrous smelting industry, carefully designed model low-speed slurry pump, is made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene engineering plastics, there are collected with corrosion performance of the best of the fluorine plastic material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, and has very good wear resistance and excellent impact resistance performance, can adapt to various working conditions of pump, such as the transportation of acid, alkaline liquid or slurry, corrosive slurry, sewage and other. The pump is not only resistant to corrosion and wear resistance, the use of a wide range, especially with high solid content of corrosive medium (containing solid particles weight concentration is less than or equal to 20%, solid particles diameter is less than or equal to 1.0 mm).
Features：
1.TIJU(F)full plastic anti-corrosion abrasion resistance centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to standard of GB/T 8688-2013 and tech of non-metal pump.
2.Pump shell and the pump cover are internally embedded with metal supporting skeleton, which restrict the plastic pump casing axial thermal expansion and axial compression permanent deformation.
3.Impeller adopts CFD computational fluid dynamics design of hydraulic components module design and precision casting, which ensures the reliable torque transmission. The closed or semi open structure, channel optimization design, high efficiency, low NPSHr value and good interchangeability, ensure the pump flow and head stability.
4.Improving dynamic seal makes the service life of seal 40 ~ 80% longer than the normal seal working life under the same working condition, and the service life can be increase of 40 ~ 80% of the time. Can custermized API682 standard of seal type and flushing plan.
5.Rotating ring, shaft sleeve, rolling bearings are made of crystal SIC,tungsten carbide, etc, with good characteristic of superior wear resistance, high temperature resistance, which guarantee the pump’s working life.
6.Self balance structure of pump axial force is using fluid hydraulics principle, through the balance hole and the balance disc structure adjustment to balance the axial force. The the thrust plate of rolling bearing withstand unbalanced axial force in the starting and stopping moment, but its axial force is almost zero during working, greatly improving the stability of the operation of the machine. 
7.Direct coupling pull back design, no need to dismount pipe, easier maintenance.
8.Horizontal mount, compact structure, low voice, small vibration, small occupation and stable operation.
